Carolyn discussed her four companies that she started and the model she used for each of them. Julie, a former elementary school counselor, brought the focus of doing what you want to do and how to be passionate. Ultimately, both women made it clear that the path our students take to their career field is up to each student. Students were shocked to hear that Carolyn does not have a start time for her employees or an end of day time, she pays for results not seat time. Thank you both for your time and insights.
