The five-member Board of Education is elected by the people and serves, without salary, as your representative in policy matters concerning the school district. Elections are held each year on the third Tuesday in May; each Board member serves a term of five years. The Board of Education holds one regular meeting on the 3rd Tuesday at 6:30p.m. in the Board Conference Room. Everyone is invited to attend.

The Board provides a portion of time at its stated meetings for the public to speak or ask questions. Questions or comments relating to school district policy may be brought to the Board’s attention at this time.
Persons desiring to place items to be discussed on the agenda must notify the Superintendent of Schools at least five working days prior to the board meeting.
Agenda for the board meetings are available to the public each Friday prior to the stated meeting. The agendas are available at the central office.
Minutes of Board of Education meetings are a matter of public record and may be inspected in the office of the District Clerk.
